The circuit class includes 20 different exercise stations targeting all the major muscle groups as well as cardiovascular and core-focused exercises. Class will begin with a warm up and end with a cool down and full body stretching.
Everyone will work at their own pace on each exercise station within the time limit (which is 40 seconds for the first circuit, 30 seconds for the second circuit and 20 seconds for the final circuit). The ability to adjust intensity to suit your fitness level enables people from a wide range of ages and fitness backgrounds to participate.
The Circuit Training Class is priced at £5 per person. Children under the age of 18 may accompany their parent to the class at the price £3.
If it is your first time attending, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) form and enable me to demonstrate each exercise station with accompanying intensities.
